Ticket Policy Ticket Purchase • Tickets must be purchased through Hotspot One Company's official website. • All sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged, except under specific circumstances outlined below. Discounts & Promotions • Discounts apply automatically at checkout based on the number of tickets purchased. • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts. Lost or Stolen Tickets • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Please keep your confirmation email and e-tickets safe. ________________________________________ 2.
